I had an account with MATCH.COM. I purchased the 6 month package that comes with a guarantee that if you don't meet someone within 6 months they will give you 6 months free.

Well halfway through my membership with me on track to get 6 months fee all of a sudden I couldn't log on to my account. I made several attempts to reset my password even told me they were sending a link to do so, It NEVER arrived (even though I never changed it) I contacted them and they gave me some song and dance of suspicious activity on the account so they closed it.

Not ONCE did they contact me. I have had that account for several years and NEVER was it "compromised" until they were going to have to give me 6 months free.

Product or Service Mentioned: Match Membership.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $140.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Defraud people.
