Subscription fee
A few weeks ago I called Match to let them know that I had cancelled the subscription but it still kept coming out. On Jan 20/24 they withdrew 55 dollars and change from my account I called and emailed a few days ago and got an email saying g the funds were reversed.
When I looked this morning another 55 came out of my account. What is happening. I just want this nightmare to end. Now I know why they dont have someone you can call directly.
Can I please have a resolution on this matter.
55 dollars plus has come out of my account 4 times now even though I canceled within the first month. Where do I go from here.
