Cancel account which I tried on line

Since signing up, the site has been down three times - one of them for 12 hours.
There is no customer service phone number so I repeatedly contacted Match.com through its help page, but to no avail.
This is not a reputable company. It charged my credit card, but did not offer services worth the price.

Criminals Extorting Money Through "Verify Account"

They're criminals -- extortionists, con artists. Divorce yourself from these clowns.
You cannot access anything, including account and personal information they have on file. They know this, and their gutless 'customer' service hides behind a website. Any attempt to access the account is met with nearly a dozen pieces of information (only available on an account I had for years), which, if you get any wrong or they deny correct information, you can't access.
Meanwhile, the lowlifes keep billing and hiding. *** of the Earth.

It is not resolved. The app will not let me cancel my subscription.
Whenever I log in to cancel it, it flips me back to the home screen. I just got charged again when I was not supposed to, so I need to have that canceled as well.
