Match - Overcharge
I would like to complaint about the continous subcription charge on my credit card where in fact I clearly ONLY availed a one (1) month subsciption last Dec 2020. I am so dis appointed how this happen I used to subscribed on your website 6yrs ago for only a month and this never happened.
I trusted your website thats why I only have you top of my mind when I feel like going back to dating and also recommending to my friends. But this is hilarous youve been charging me continously till now that I havent even used the site anymore cause I know I only paid for a month subrciption. I dont know what youve change in your policy or if this is just a mistake? And I hope so and refund me my Jan to March charges.
I am so dis appointed. I hope you get back on me sooner.
