Nothing happened, again. I've been trying to reach someone at the corporate level because customer service is useless.

They are unprofessional, incompetent, and mendacious. The problem has been going on since November. They won't acknowledge it, can't fix it, and keep bouncing me around. I've given them all the information and they continue to avoid answering me.

I've texted with a dozen representatives over six months. How does a publicly traded company get to hide from its paying customers.

Why can't I speak to someone higher up when a problem can't be resolved? I'm paying for a premium service, and I can't get access to features that I'm paying for.

Not good. Emailed 3 different parties. Each request was unnoticed. The same answer was how to remove my accounts online. Which, I could not do because the email address was not mine. No solution to the problem until reaching out to you. I only knew match refunded my monies thru paypal. Match never responded with an email regarding the refund.
