I did not sign up and was charged $150 in the middle of
I was charged for a Match subscription and I have not even looked at the site in over a year. I would like my credit card refunded immediately

Can’t get into account or get into contact with anyone
This site is poorly designed. Not only that, on day 1 I cannot get into my account again to sign in. Trying to cancel but cannot get in touch with anyone! Frustrating!

Yeah they locked me out of my account for like 5 days and then now they want to sit here and say they want to prorate me whatever money that I have left on my account for the month not counting the five days that I have been waiting on a response from them you suck at dating sites *** dating site they took money out of my account without permission their service sucks the customer service sucks not a recommended site for anybody matter fact I think this site should be banned off the internet and all these people my recommendation for future people is don't go on this website and all these people are and I would assume

Someone has changed my password and is using my account that I ended last year.
Ive unsubscribed and Im constantly recieving emails from matches. How is this when Ive deactivated my account and unsubscribed. This is causing major trouble but no matter what I do . Match still keep sending emails. Regards Fay mullen

This is regarding my Match.com account. Again today I am attempting to reach you. Ive been trying to reach you for a couple of days trying to cancel my account. PLEASE CANCEL MY ACCOUNT immediately at this time now. I wont pay anymore money to you for this account. Nice service but Im no longer interested. Please cancel. I was canceling my Match for at the time my 6 months were over, I still had a month. They gave me 6 more months for half price and I gladly agreed and gave them my information again. The next day I was canceled and can not get in to see anything. ...I still had a month to go. Whats going on. Please fix

I want to cancel my membership. This is my third time on it and I havent been able to connect with anyone. I need a break and I do not want my credit card to be charged again.

I had to withdraw the account ... on two occasions transsexual on the women's site and also women use the website for prostitution ...Many women would not dare to select one for fear that there is a *** and sometimes they stay days without talking to you this site is for people to make friends and get to know each other ... that's why very I will return in the future when you fix this site

LOL...They charge you based on the terms YOU agreed to. Probably should have read them before agreeing to them.
You probably should stay single as your a menace who can't accept personal responsibility.
The class for that is down the hall and to the right... Do not date...Do not have children...
